The post shows a location of the St. Francois County Courthouse Annex in downtown Farmington. The time is set for 5 o'clock. The protest also indicates it will be a peaceful gathering to stand against inequality and hate. The protest is part of hundreds across the nation to highlight the killing of George Floyd of Minneapolis by a police officer. St. Francois County law enforcement officials indicate they are aware of the intended activity and will be on alert to help ensure the peace while demonstrators exercise their right to free speech.
