(St. Francois County, MO.) A Piedmont man, 33 year old Kyle Herrington, is found guilty, by a St. Francois County jury, of attempting to have sex with a child under the age of 15. Herrington was on trial Tuesday and Wednesday on charges of enticement of a child. According to police Herrington played video games with a 14 year old girl and then allegedly started to touch her inappropriately in an attempt to entice her to perform sexual acts. Herrington is scheduled for sentencing September 20th.
