• How to enter- Listen to B104.3 FM and 1240 KFMO AM radio stations for the participating business that will be hosting each day’s clue card. Participants will go to each participating sponsor business to pick up that day’s clue card. The clue cards will lead participants to a secret location to search for the Jingle Bell Rock valued at $10,000+ dollars. Clues will begin November 25^th.
• On December 14^th, participants will register at the secret meeting place only disclosed by the clues. Registrants will then search the secret location at the allotted search time for the Jingle Bell Rock.
• All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• On each clue day, participant must pick up a clue card in person at each participating location/sponsor during that sponsors regular business hours.  
• Only one clue card per participant from each sponsor location.
• 2023 Jingle Bell Rock winner is not eligible.
• Contestants must have at least five clue cards to participate.
•  Contestants with all eighteen clue cards will be the first to begin the hunt.
•  Contestants that do not possess all eighteen clue cards will be delayed to begin their hunt. Each missing clue card will be a delay of 10 seconds each. (i.e. missing one clue card, contestant is delayed 10 seconds, two missing clue cards, contestant will be delayed 20 seconds and so on and so forth. )
• In the event that the location of the Jingle Bell Rock is compromised and/or revealed prior to the hunt, a random drawing will be held by Odle Media Group.
• Participants caught cheating, destroying property or causing harm will be disqualified and a random drawing will be held.
• Hunting accessories; such as, brooms, rakes, etc. will not be permitted and will result in disqualification.
• Winner will be solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and/or gratuities. 
• Odle Media Group, LLC is not responsible for winner limitations that prevent acceptance or use of any prize. 
• Odle Media Group, LLC may rescind, cancel or revoke this contest without liability at Odle Media Group's sole discretion. 
• All entries become the property of Odle Media Group, LLC. Winner agrees that, Odle Media Group, LLC, its affiliate, subsidiaries, advertisers, and employees (the “Released Parties”) shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of the prize offered. By accepting this prize, winner agrees to hold harmless the Released Parties for any injuries, use or misuse of any prize. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Odle Media Group, LLC in perpetuity use the winner’s name, photo upload, likeness, and/or information for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration. 
• No one under the age of 18 years of age is allowed in the hunt area. Only registered participants may participate in the hunt.
• Employees of Odle Media Group, LLC, their sponsors, and employees of the secret clue card location and/or members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• Entry to the contest constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
