Breaking Bad (Habits)
Saw a Youtuber that was touting this 2 day rule for breaking bad habits. I watched it. And then I promptly went home and ate too much, didn't take a nap, and didn't work out. SMH. I'm a lost cause.
Maybe you should try it. Maybe I should watch it twice, or maybe I should sniff lemons...(this was one solution to poor body image and blahs that I talked about this morning).
IDK. Whatever. Pass the chips and dip...I'm gonna go take a nap.
